SCRANTON -- The King's College wrestling team raced out to a 35-0 lead before registering a 47-4 victory over the host University of Scranton Tuesday in the John Long Center.

With the win, King's evened its season mark at 7-7 while Scranton fell to 1-9.

King's took a 6-0 lead when Ricky Dorsey picked up a forfeit at 125-pounds. Anthony Dietrick then followed with a technical fall at 133 before Tony Miele posted a pin at 141 to give the Monarchs a 17-0 lead. King's then used three consecutive major decisions from Frankie Davis, Taylor Green, and Jerry Robbins at 149, 157, and 165 respectively to push the Monarch advantage to 29-0.
