KING’S HOSTING FREE WOMEN’S LACROSSE CLINIC NOVEMBER 21

WILKES-BARRE – King’s College women’s lacrosse coach Laurie Anthony has announced the college will be hosting a free clinic for girls on November 21. The clinic will be held in King’s Scandlon Gymnasium.
The clinic is open to girls ages 7-18. All skill levels are welcome.
The clinic will be directed by Anthony, who enters her third season as the head coach of the Lady Monarch program. She will be aided by King’s assistant coach Abigail O’Beirne and members of the Lady Monarch squad. King’s will provide lacrosse sticks for participants who do not own one of their own.
Skills such as catching, passing, shooting, cradling, and dodging will be covered. A short scrimmage will also take place following the instructional phase of the clinic
